Qualifications and Experience: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or willingness to work towards it. • Experience in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential. • A strong understanding of SEND legislation, EHCPs, and best practice interventions. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. • A commitment to inclusive education and supporting students with diverse needs. • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
