Your Role Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you'll help children access learning, build confidence and develop key life skills. Your responsibilities may include: • Supporting pupils during whole-class lessons • Working with children individually and in small intervention groups • Encouraging participation and engagement in learning • Supporting literacy, numeracy and creative activities • Helping pupils build confidence and independence • Assisting with classroom organisation and learning resources • Promoting positive behaviour and celebrating children's achievements • Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and families Every day brings something new, making this a varied and rewarding role where you'll see the difference your support makes.
