We are seeking a passionate Teacher of English to join our dedicated team from September. This is an exciting opportunity to teach motivated students in a small secondary school where every individual is known, valued, and encouraged to achieve their full potential. About the Role The successful candidate will: Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Inspire a love of reading, writing, and literature. Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback to support achievement. Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment opportunities and pastoral support. Work collaboratively within a friendly and committed English department. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards it. Has excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English. Has high expectations of students and a commitment to raising achievement. Is an excellent classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management skills. Values teamwork and is keen to contribute to our close-knit school community.
