About the school: The school is a large, 11-16 secondary academy serving a diverse local community. It is recognised for strong pupil progress, clear behaviour systems and high expectations. Students are based on one of two permanent sites throughout their school journey, helping to create smaller learning communities and strong pastoral care. Leadership is stable, visible and committed to staff development. About the role: You will teach English across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging and structured lessons that promote reading, writing and oracy. You will work collaboratively within a well-established English department and contribute to curriculum planning and whole-school literacy priorities.
