We are recruiting an enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming primary school, where you will play a key role in supporting young children's learning, development, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons in line with the EYFS Framework. • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive. • Support children's social, emotional, physical, and academic development through a range of play-based and structured learning activities. • Assess, monitor, and record pupils' progress, using observations and assessments to inform future planning. • Differentiate learning to meet the individual needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs. • Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child's development. • Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence, confidence, and resilience. • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team to deliver high-quality learning experiences. • Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times. • Contribute to the wider school community, including staff meetings, training, and school events where appropriate.
