Food Technology Teacher

We are looking for a talented Food Technology Teacher to join a school in Leicester immediately. This is a full-time position, and we welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). As a Food Technology Teacher, you will be teaching KS3 and KS4 students, delivering lessons that focus on food preparation, cooking techniques, nutrition, and safe working practices. The ability to differentiate your lessons to meet the needs of all students is essential. Experience and Qualifications • Food Technology Teacher for KS3 and KS4 • QTS or PGCE • Degree in Food Technology, Home Economics, or a related field • Experience teaching Food Technology at KS3 and KS4 (desirable, but not essential for ECTs) Salary The salary for this position will be in line with the MPS/UPS pay scale, depending on your experience.
