A vibrant secondary school in Clacton is looking for a dedicated teacher to join their team from September 2025. This full-time, permanent role is open to both Early Career Teachers and experienced educators who are eager to inspire curiosity about our planet and its people. You’ll join a collaborative humanities department with a supportive leadership team and a curriculum that promotes critical thinking, real-world connections, and global awareness. Whether it’s exploring climate change, development, or tectonic hazards, you’ll bring learning to life and empower students to better understand the world around them. Qualifications and Experience: • QTS and a degree in Geography or a related subject (essential). • Suitable for both Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers. • Strong classroom management and communication skills. • Passion for geography and inclusive, engaging education. • Willingness to contribute to school trips, clubs, or wider initiatives. • Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
