Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4. • Inspire students through engaging, relevant, and enquiry-based learning. • Differentiate instruction to support a range of abilities. • Promote geographical thinking, analysis, and real-world connections. • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives. • Participate in enrichment activities, trips, and wider school life. • Monitor and support student progress and achievement. Qualifications and Experience: • QTS and a degree in Geography or a related subject (essential). • Open to Early Career Teachers and experienced educators. • Strong classroom management and communication skills. • Passion for geography and inclusive teaching practices. • Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare. • Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular and whole-school initiatives.
