Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography lessons to students in KS3/4 • Develop curriculum materials that foster a deep understanding of geographical concepts and global awareness. • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. • Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school events. • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Teaching certification/licensure in Geography or related subject.
