The Role • Deliver high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 for suitable candidates. • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a passion for the subject. • Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing effective feedback to support achievement. • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils. • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and academic attainment. • Contribute to the wider Humanities department and school community. The Ideal Candidate Will Have • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • A degree in Geography or a related subject. • Experience teaching Geography within a secondary school setting. • Strong classroom management and organisational skills. • A commitment to raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A passion for education and helping students reach their full potential.
