A welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Epping is seeking a dedicated educator to join their humanities team from September 2025. This permanent role is open to both part-time and full-time candidates, offering flexibility and a fantastic opportunity for both Early Career Teachers and experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver high-quality geography lessons across KS3 and KS4. • Encourage critical thinking and global awareness through engaging content. • Track and assess student progress to ensure consistent achievement. • Contribute to the development of a forward-looking, inclusive humanities curriculum. • Support enrichment activities, school trips, and cross-curricular events. • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families. • Foster a classroom culture of respect, ambition, and curiosity. Qualifications and Experience: • QTS or expected QTS by September 2025. • A degree in Geography or a closely related subject. • Open to Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers. • A passion for teaching and engaging students in geographical learning. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education. • Willingness to contribute to wider school life and development.
