The Role • Co-lead the PE department, working collaboratively with the Head of PE. • Develop and implement a dynamic and engaging PE curriculum. • Oversee the work of PE teachers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. • Promote the importance of physical and mental well-being among students. • Oversee and develop a range of sports clubs and activities. The Ideal Candidate • A highly qualified PE teacher with a proven track record of success in leading and developing PE programs. • Strong leadership and management skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. • A commitment to promoting equality and inclusivity within PE and sports. • Ability to utilize data to monitor progress and implement improvements.
