Position: KS1 Teacher Contract Type: Full-time Permanent Start Date: 01/09/2026 Location: Bromley, London Salary: £37,870 - £56,154 per annum (M1 - UPS3) Salary is dependent on experience and paid in line with the Outer London Teachers' Pay Scale. About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for a creative and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Bromley this September. You'll inspire young learners through engaging lessons, encourage curiosity and creativity, and help establish strong foundations during this crucial stage of children's education. Whether you're an ECT or an experienced teacher, you'll receive excellent support from an experienced leadership team. Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 1. • Differentiate learning to meet individual needs. • Assess, monitor and celebrate pupil progress. • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. • Build strong partnerships with parents and colleagues. • Contribute to wider school initiatives. Requirements Applicants must have: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Experience teaching within a UK primary setting. • Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum. • Excellent classroom management. • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion. • Right to work in the UK.
