Salary: M1–M6 Teacher Pay Scale
Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner by agreement)

What You'll Be Doing
• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 2.
• Take full classroom responsibility, including planning, preparation and assessment.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where pupils can flourish.
• Use effective classroom management strategies to maintain high expectations and support positive behaviour.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community to ensure every child reaches their potential.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
✔ Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
✔ Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
✔ Has a strong understanding of classroom management and behaviour strategies.
✔ Builds excellent relationships with pupils while maintaining high expectations.
✔ Is enthusiastic, organised and committed to delivering outstanding teaching.
