We are seeking a passionate KS2 Teacher to join an Independent primary school in Dagenham , starting ASAP. This is a full-time, permanent role suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs.

About the Role
As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons across Key Stage 2, ensuring that pupils achieve their full potential. You will work closely with colleagues to create an engaging and challenging curriculum and support pupils’ social and emotional development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons across KS2, including English, Maths, Science, and the wider curriculum
• Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils
• Monitoring pupil progress and providing regular feedback to support academic and personal growth
• Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development, resources, and teaching strategies
• Supporting school events, assemblies, and enrichment activities
• Engaging with parents and carers to discuss pupil progress and well-being
• Promoting the school’s ethos and values in all interactions
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
• Hold QTS or be completing an ECT programme
• Have experience teaching KS2 or completed relevant placements during training
• Be confident and enthusiastic in delivering a broad primary curriculum
• Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills
• Be committed to inclusive education and safeguarding
