About the role

Learning Support Assistant Location: Nailsea Salary: £93 £100 per day (depending on experience and qualifications) Start Date: September 2026 A bout the Role Connex Education is recruiting dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support pupils within mainstream primary schools across Nailsea, Backwell, Yattonm Portishead and Clevedon from September 2026. We are looking for individuals interested in a mixture of flexible day-to-day supply work, short-term placements, and long-term opportunities, providing targeted classroom and pastoral support for pupils with additional needs within inclusive primary settings. Connex have partnered with a large Multi Academy Trust (BWMAT) as well as working with local primary schools in your area - more schools and more opportunities to work in! This is a highly rewarding role for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while gaining valuable experience in supportive local primary schools.
