This Harlow school is committed to delivering high-quality mathematics education, fostering a love of learning and supporting students to achieve excellent outcomes across Key Stages. Job Overview: This school caters for students aged 11-16.
Full-time, Monday - Friday, Maths Teacher role.
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Inspire students through creative and challenging lessons that develop problem-solving, reasoning and mathematical fluency.
Assess, monitor and track student progress to ensure strong attainment.
Create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Work collaboratively with the mathematics department and wider school team.
Contribute to curriculum development, intervention programmes and enrichment opportunities. What we're looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
Experience teaching Maths at secondary level across KS3 and KS4.
A passion for Mathematics and the ability to engage, motivate and challenge learners.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
A proactive, positive and collaborative approach to teaching.
