Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner Revive Education is currently recruiting on behalf of an independent nursery for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner. The nursery is ideally looking for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner with a music or creative background, as this would be a great fit for their ethos and approach to learning. What’s on offer • Salary from £26,000 per year • Monday to Friday working pattern • Shift options between 8am and 6pm • 4-day working week considered for the right candidate • 17 days annual leave • Additional annual leave awarded for each year of service • Parking available nearby The role The successful Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner will work across one of the nursery’s three age-based rooms, supporting children through key stages of their development. Rooms are divided into baby, 1.5–2.5 years, and 2.5–3.5 years, with preschool based at a separate setting. As a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating engaging activities, supporting children’s learning and development, and building strong relationships with families and colleagues. There may also be occasions where flexibility is needed to support one of the nursery’s other branches. The setting This is an independent nursery group with three branches and a strong reputation for creating a warm, stable, and nurturing environment. The main nursery is currently operating at full capacity, reflecting the demand and quality of care provided.
