Annual salary for a full-time Room Leader starts at £30,000 PERSON SPECIFICATION: · We are looking for someone who understands the unique needs of this age group. · We are looking for someone with a thorough knowledge of the EYFS, the development of children 3-5 years old and experience of a nursery setting for this age group. · We are looking for someone calm, sensitive, flexible, enthusiastic and dedicated. · We are looking for an excellent team player with a good team spirit.
