Room Leader (Brand New Nursery Opening September 2026!) Maidenhead (SL6) £31,000 to £33,000 salary (dependent on experience and qualifications) Full-Time / 40 hours (Nursery will be open 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday) We are looking for an experienced Room Leader to join a brand new, 100-place Nursery opening in a quiet road just outside of Maidenhead Town Centre. It is situated within a short walk from Maidenhead train station and has dedicated car park spaces, offering flexible travel options. The Nursery itself is absolutely stunning and offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for the children to play and learn, including a forestry area. It is a genuinely inspiring place to work! Due to the size and nature of the nursery - being new and offering a unique learning environment - the company are looking for an established and experienced Room Leader to join the team who will be able to add value, be a strong role model, and confidently lead their team and parent relationships from day one.
