Nursery Room Leader Location: Popular E14 Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year Hours: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Contract: Full-time Permanent Plus Staff Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for a experience Room Leader for their established private nursery located in Popular E14. Responsibilities for Nursery Room Leader · To work effectively in partnership with other team members, parents and outside professionals · Part taking in the nursery’s daily routine and ensuring the highest level of childcare is being delivered · To organise the daily running of the room, including staff breaks, outings, reviewing observations, completing the rota etc ·To supporting and motivating your team with team effectiveness strategies · Ensuring that the children in the nursery are safe at all times and being vigilant for signs of abuse or neglect. · Completing regular training to progress personal and professional development.
