About the role

Monarch Education is seeking dedicated and experienced Pastoral Support Assistant to work across a cluster of schools in South Birmingham, supporting students' well being, behaviour, and personal development. This is a full-time position, starting September 2026, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine impact on young people's lives. About the Role As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
