ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED TEACHER LOOKING FOR A LONG-TERM PART-TIME ROLE? We are currently recruiting for a part-time PPA/Intervention Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Kings Heath (B14). This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for an experienced teacher looking for a varied role across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting pupils through both class teaching and targeted intervention work. Role Available: PPA/Intervention Teacher (Part Time) * Providing PPA cover and intervention support across Year 2 to Year 6 * Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups * Supporting pupils through targeted intervention sessions * Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all learners About the role: * Wednesday and Thursday - Part time (term time only) * Based in Kings Heath (B14) * Long-term position with potential to continue * No planning, preparation or assessment responsibilities * Teaching and supporting pupils across Year 2 to Year 6 * Working collaboratively with a supportive leadership team and school staff What we're looking for: We are seeking a committed, experienced, and adaptable teacher who enjoys working across different year groups and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. You will: * Have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 (within the last 2 years, with references) * Be confident delivering lessons across a range of primary year groups * Have strong classroom management skills * Be able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff * Have experience supporting pupils through intervention work * Work effectively as part of a team * Be committed to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment * Ideally be local to the area or able to travel to B14 Please note: This role is not suitable for ECTs - applicants must have prior teaching experience.
