ECT - Primary - Failsworth, Oldham Schools Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a September long term full time role? Aspire People Manchester is inviting passionate and ambitious Primary ECTs to begin their journey on supply from September 2026 across a wide range of Infant, Junior, and Primary schools in Oldham. Starting your career on supply is one of the most effective ways to rapidly build confidence, refine your teaching practice, and explore different school environments. You'll gain invaluable experience across Early Years, KS1, and KS2 while discovering the settings and year groups where you truly excel - all before committing to a permanent role. Many of our ECTs find that supply teaching not only strengthens their classroom skills quickly but also opens the door to long-term and permanent opportunities in schools that are the right fit for them.
