Person Specification Essential • Degree in Psychology or a related discipline. • QTS/PGCE (or equivalent) with KS4/KS5 teaching experience. • Strong subject knowledge across core Psychology topics and research methods. • Evidence of effective teaching and strong communication skills. • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education. Desirable • Experience teaching A-Level Psychology. • Evidence of strong exam outcomes and student progression. • Experience supporting research skills and independent learning. • Ability to contribute to related subjects (e.g., Sociology) is advantageous but not required.
