About the Role Responsibilities include: • Teaching Psychology at KS4–KS5 • Participating in structured ECT training and mentoring • Preparing students for project work and examinations • Contributing to pastoral duties and enrichment activities • Assisting with assessment tracking and classroom preparation Experience & Qualifications • QTS or completing ITT • Strong academic background in Psychology • Passion for supporting student development Salary MPS, based on ECT pay scale.
