Reception Teacher

Position: Reception Teacher Location: Hertfordshire Contract: Full-Time Start Date: September Reception Teacher Role in an Outstanding Primary School An outstanding primary school in Hertfordshire is seeking to appoint a Reception Teacher to join its Early Years team from September. This is a full-time role within a nurturing and high-performing school that values child-centred learning, creativity, and high-quality early education. About the Role You will teach a Reception class, delivering engaging and well-structured learning opportunities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The role includes planning creative and play-based learning experiences that support children’s development across communication and language, literacy, mathematics, physical development, and personal, social, and emotional growth. You will create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment while monitoring progress and ensuring every child is supported to achieve their potential. You will work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support children during this important stage of development.
