Job Description Level 3 Room Leader Up to £34,000 per annum | Good Ofsted Rating | Award-Winning Nursery Inspired by Montessori principles and practices, the nursery provides a nurturing, child-centred environment where children are encouraged to develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. This role is ideal for an experienced early Room Leader who enjoys leading a team, creating inspiring learning environments, and delivering exceptional care and education. We're looking for someone who holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification and has previous experience working within a nursery setting, ideally in a Room Leader role. The successful candidate will be confident supporting colleagues, have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, and be committed to providing outstanding learning experiences that help children thrive.
