Room Leader - Up to £31,000 The setting has a calm, home-like feel, where the focus is on building genuine relationships with the children and supporting them through each stage of development. The role is hands-on but also comes with responsibility - you’ll be leading your room day to day, supporting staff, and making sure everything runs as it should. A Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential, along with experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner and the confidence to take ownership of the room.
