Job Description Room Leader Up to £32,000 per annum | Full-Time | 4 or 5 Days per Week Drawing inspiration from both Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches, the nursery encourages children to become confident, independent learners who are actively involved in their own development. Carefully planned learning environments provide children with the freedom to investigate, create, and discover at their own pace. Outdoor learning is a key part of daily life, with a large garden offering plenty of opportunities for active play, exploration, and hands-on experiences. This role is perfect for an experienced Room Leader who enjoys taking ownership of a room, mentoring colleagues, and creating an environment where children feel confident to explore, investigate, and learn through their own interests. You'll play a key role in shaping children's daily experiences while helping to maintain the warm, nurturing culture that makes this nursery unique.
