Nursery Room Leader - Toddler Room – Up to £34,000 Our client, a warm and welcoming early years setting, is on the lookout for a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join their passionate team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years practitioner ready to take the next step in their career in a nurturing and forward-thinking environment. The Nursery Room Leader will take ownership of the day-to-day running of a designated room, leading by example and creating a stimulating, safe and caring environment for children. The role involves working closely with a supportive leadership team and other educators to ensure each child’s learning and development needs are met. What We’re Looking For: • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above). • Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development. • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential. • Confidence in leading a small team and supporting staff development. • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. • A positive, flexible and collaborative approach to work.
