Room Leader – Baby Room £35,000 | Full-Time, 40 hours per week | All Year Round | Ofsted Rating - Outstanding Spacious rooms, a large garden, and an Ofsted Outstanding rating - our client's nursery is a setting that stands out. Every detail, from the bright, well-resourced indoor spaces to the outdoor environment where children explore and grow, has been considered with early years excellence in mind. They are now looking for a warm, experienced Room Leader to take the lead in their Baby Room - someone who understands the unique needs of the youngest children and has the skill, patience, and passion to create a truly nurturing environment where babies feel safe, settled, and ready to grow.
