As a Level 3 Room Leader, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional learning experiences while leading and supporting your room team. Working closely with the management team, you'll help maintain high standards of care and education, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential. What We're Looking For • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). • Previous experience as a Room Leader , Deputy Room Leader , or an experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner ready to progress. • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework , safeguarding, and child development. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. • Confidence supporting and mentoring colleagues to deliver outstanding early years practice. • A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
