Room Leader £32,000 per year | Level 3 | Full Time | 40 Hours per Week | 4 or 5 Days Per Week Are you ready to take the next step in your early years career? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join a welcoming nursery that is passionate about providing children with the very best start in life. This service is looking for a confident and inspiring Room Leader to lead a dedicated team - The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a positive atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to develop through play, exploration, and discovery. Children benefit from a broad curriculum, helping to inspire curiosity and build confidence from an early age. The nursery also offers spacious indoor learning environments alongside a rich outdoor space where children can learn, explore, and grow in a safe and engaging setting. What We’re Looking For • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). • Previous experience as a Room Leader or a senior Nursery Practitioner ready to step into a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional early years education. Room Leader Responsibilities • Lead and inspire your room team to provide outstanding care and learning experiences. • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework. • Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through child-led and adult-guided experiences. • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. • Support, mentor, and develop practitioners within the room. • Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times.
