Room Leader – Baby/Toddler Room £33,500 per year | Level 3 | 40 Hours per Week | Full Time | All Year Round Be part of a nursery at the start of its journey and help create something special from day one. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Room Leader to take the lead within the Baby or Toddler Room of a new nursery. With a fresh environment, a growing team, and the opportunity to help shape the culture and daily practice of the room, this role is ideal for someone who wants to bring their ideas, experience, and personality to a new setting. You'll take ownership of your room, creating a calm and nurturing environment where babies and toddlers feel safe, secure, and confident to explore. From supporting those all-important first milestones to encouraging growing independence, you'll ensure each child's individual routines, interests, and developmental needs are at the heart of their experience. What You'll Bring • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification . • Previous experience working with babies or toddlers within an early years setting. • Previous leadership experience as a Room Leader , Deputy Room Leader , or Senior Nursery Practitioner . • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and safeguarding. • Confidence leading, supporting, and motivating a room team. • A warm and responsive approach to caring for babies and toddlers. • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
