Through supporting and guiding the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development. Through building strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported. What a Room Leader needs: Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification. Excellent understanding of EYFS. Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
