Job Description Room Leader Up to £34,200 per year | Level 3 | 42.5 Hours per Week For children, every corner of a nursery can become an opportunity to discover something new. As a Level 3 Room Leader, you'll take the lead in making these experiences meaningful. You'll create an environment where children feel secure enough to be curious, confident enough to try new things, and supported to develop at their own pace. Alongside leading the day-to-day running of your room, you'll guide and motivate your team, sharing ideas and encouraging high-quality practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years professional who wants to make their mark while continuing to develop their leadership career. What We're Looking For • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). • Previous experience within an early years setting. • Experience as a Room Leader, Deputy Room Leader, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or similar. • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements. • Confidence leading, supporting, and developing a room team. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • A creative approach to early years education and a passion for learning through play. • Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and helping children connect with the natural world.
