Room Leader – Oxfordshire Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: Up to £32,000 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, and hours) Location: Oxfordshire About the Role: Lead your own room in a well-established Culham nursery, delivering outstanding Early Years provision and supporting your team to achieve high standards of care and education. What We're Looking For: Essential: • Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised) • Proven experience in a room leader or senior practitioner role • Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and child development • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain) Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage your designated room • Plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities • Supervise and mentor room staff • Act as Key Person for a group of children • Monitor and track children's development • Build positive relationships with parents and families • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety compliance • Support staff training and development • Maintain high-quality learning environments Why Apply: • Competitive salary up to £32,000 • Lead your own room in a quality setting • Supportive senior management team • Opportunities for career progression • Professional development support Ready to Apply?
