Job Description Room Leader £28,700 per year | 40 Hours per Week | All Year Round We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join a welcoming and well-resourced nursery setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and ready to take on a leadership role within a supportive team. The nursery provides a thoughtfully designed environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences. As Room Leader, you'll play a key role in leading your team, maintaining high standards, and creating a positive and engaging environment where children can thrive. What We're Looking For • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). • Previous experience as a Room Leader , Senior Nursery Practitioner , or an experienced Nursery Practitioner ready to take the next step. • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements. • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills. • A positive and supportive approach to mentoring colleagues. • A genuine passion for creating outstanding learning experiences for young children. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and verification of the right to work in the UK, in line with safeguarding responsibilities.
