Job Description Room Leader £28,700 per year | 40 Hours per Week | All Year Round We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join a welcoming and well-resourced nursery setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and ready to take on a leadership role within a supportive team. As Room Leader, you'll play a key role in leading your team, maintaining high standards, and creating a positive and engaging environment where children can thrive. What We're Looking For • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). • Previous experience as a Room Leader , Senior Nursery Practitioner , or an experienced Nursery Practitioner ready to take the next step. • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements. • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills. • A positive and supportive approach to mentoring colleagues. • A genuine passion for creating outstanding learning experiences for young children.
