Level 3 Nursery Room Leader Salary: Up to £34,400 40 hours per week This is an opportunity to take ownership of a room where children are supported to feel safe, confident, and engaged in their learning every day. This is a hands-on leadership role within a warm and well-organised setting, where you will guide your team, shape a high-quality learning environment, and maintain consistently strong standards of care and education. You will bring a solid understanding of child development and the EYFS, along with the confidence to lead by example, support colleagues effectively, and create a calm, stimulating space that meets the needs of every child. This role is perfect for an qualified early years professional who takes pride in their practice, values quality, and is committed to inclusive, child-centred early years care.
