Job Description Room Leader £29,000 per year | Level 3 | 40 Hours per Week We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Room Leader to join our client’s friendly team. Every space has been thoughtfully designed to encourage children to learn through play, with bright, inviting rooms that spark creativity and a spacious, well-equipped outdoor area filled with high-quality resources that make every day an adventure. Whether children are building, creating, exploring, or simply enjoying the freedom to play outdoors, the nursery provides an environment where curiosity is celebrated and independence is encouraged. As Room Leader, you'll have the opportunity to shape these experiences while leading a supportive team and creating a room where children feel happy, confident, and excited to learn. What We're Looking For • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). • Previous experience within an early years setting. • Experience as a Room Leader , Deputy Room Leader , or an experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner ready to take the next step. • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. • A passion for creating engaging learning environments that inspire creativity and exploration. • A positive and supportive approach to developing both children and colleagues. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and verification of the right to work in the UK, in line with safeguarding responsibilities.
