Job Description Deputy Room Leader (Level 3) – Tunbridge Wells – Up to £29,500 Full-Time | Permanent | Good Ofsted Rating This nursery is a long-established part of the Tunbridge Wells community, caring for children from three months to five years in a setting designed to feel calm, welcoming, and purposeful. Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully organised, with direct access to extensive outdoor areas and indoor garden spaces used throughout the year. Working alongside the Room Leader, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and education while helping to create a positive, nurturing environment where both children and staff can thrive.
