Room Leader – Up to £32,000 Days here are busy, hands-on and varied — from leading group activities and supporting school readiness to organising your team and keeping the room running smoothly. This Room Leader role combines direct work with children and clear responsibility for standards, planning and daily organisation. You’ll set the tone in your room and make sure practice stays consistent and purposeful. Before You Apply • This role requires a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification. • You must have experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner in a nursery. • This position is not suitable for candidates without experience leading a room.
