As Nursery Room Leader, you will oversee the daily running of your room, maintaining high standards of practice and ensuring meaningful learning experiences for children. This role suits an experienced Level 3 practitioner ready to take clear responsibility for quality, compliance, and team performance.
Before You Apply
• You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 early years qualification and have the right to work in the UK.
• Recent experience leading or deputising within a nursery room is required.

What You’ll Need
• Level 3 early years qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner in a nursery
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements

• Confident communication and organisational skills
Desirable
• Paediatric First Aid qualification
What You’ll Do

• Support, guide, and provide feedback to practitioners within your room
• Build professional relationships with parents, addressing queries and sharing progress updates
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised learning environment
