About the role

My client, an educational site, are seeking to hire an adept experienced Senior School Administrator/ Office manager to start working a few days before the beginning of the new school year this Summer in this full time, term time role. The role will not involve managing staff but to be in charge of the main administration. Your duties will include: Administering pupil files Attendance records Data input Resolving queries Use of school operating system (SIMs / Parent Pay) The role will last for approximately 2 month initially but extend or indeed could lead to something more long term. In order to be applicable for this role you will need to have: School Administrator/Office Manager • Location: Aylesbury • Job Type: Full-time, Term-time We are seeking a skilled Senior School Administrator/Office Manager to join our team just before the new school year begins this Summer. This role is initially for approximately 2 months, with the potential to extend or become a more long-term position. Day-to-day of the role: • Administering pupil files and maintaining accurate attendance records. • Performing data input and managing databases with high accuracy. • Resolving queries from staff, students, and parents efficiently. • Utilising school operating systems such as SIMs and Parent Pay to ensure smooth administrative operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Previous school administration experience is essential. • Experience with SIMs or similar educational systems (e.g., Corero, Parent Pay, Arbor). • Availability to start before the beginning of the term in September 2026. • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check and meet other high-level compliance requirements. • Commitment to working term time hours from 8:15 AM to 4:00 PM.
