The Snapshot • Location: Lincoln (Accessible from Sleaford, Newark, and Gainsborough) • Salary: £23,500 – £26,500 (Lincolnshire County Council Grade) • Contract: Permanent, Term-time only (plus 5 days) • Environment: A supportive, technology-rich office environment. Detailed Responsibilities • Communication Hub: Being the first line of response for telephone queries and filtering calls appropriately to minimize disruption to teaching staff. • Record Keeping: Ensuring student medical records and emergency contact information are up to date and managed in strict accordance with GDPR. • Mail & Deliveries: Managing incoming and outgoing post and receiving deliveries, ensuring they are securely stored and distributed to the correct departments. • Welfare Support: Acting as a Qualified First Aider (training provided) to support students who feel unwell during the school day.
