The Snapshot • Location: Scarborough (Accessible from Filey, Whitby, and Bridlington) • Salary: £23,000 – £25,500 (North Yorkshire County Council Scale) • Contract: Permanent, Term-time only • Hours: 08:30 – 16:30 (Monday–Friday) Detailed Responsibilities • Inquiry Management: Handling a wide variety of queries from parents and students, ranging from lost property to complex transport inquiries. • Digital Communication: Assisting with parent notifications via text and email systems (e.g., ParentMail) to keep our community informed. • Safe Guarding Vigilance: Ensuring the reception area is secure at all times, monitoring the main gates and upholding all child protection policies. • Hospitality: Managing meeting room bookings for the Headteacher and arranging refreshments for visitors and governors' meetings.
