We are working with a vibrant, oversubscribed primary school in South London (Southwark) recruiting for a School Receptionist. The reception area is a busy focal point where you will build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider South London community. The Role You will be the first point of contact for families and visitors, playing a key role in the daily life of the school. • Key responsibilities include: • Providing a warm and helpful welcome to all pupils and parents at the start of the school day. • Operating the school’s entrance security systems and monitoring visitor traffic. • Assisting with the organisation of school trips and after-school club bookings. • Managing basic first aid enquiries (training will be provided) and contacting parents as needed. • Maintaining accurate pupil files and school databases. Salary & Benefits • Salary Range: £31,000 – £35,000 (Inner London Scale) • A permanent role with a supportive and friendly office team. • Opportunities for internal promotion into senior administrative roles. • Central South London location with great bus and overground links.
