Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality science lessons across KS3 and KS4. • Encourage inquiry, critical thinking, and curiosity in the classroom. • Use varied teaching strategies to support students of all abilities. • Assess and track student progress, offering clear, constructive feedback. • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum. • Contribute to enrichment activities and whole-school events. • Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Qualifications and Experience: • QTS or expected QTS by September 2025. • A degree in a science-related subject. • Open to ECTs and experienced teachers. • Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills. • A passion for science and a commitment to student development. • Willingness to participate in school life and ongoing CPD. • A strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education.
