Qualifications and Experience: • QTS or expected QTS by September 2025 (essential). • A degree in a science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Combined). • No classroom experience required—enthusiasm and commitment are key. • Strong communication and classroom presence. • A passion for inspiring students through practical and theoretical science. • Commitment to safeguarding and student well-being. • Willingness to engage with extra-curricular activities and team initiatives.
